Terms of Use

Last updated 5 November 2026

These terms explain the rules for using Kithring, the digital business card app and website at kithring.co. By creating an account or using Kithring, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

Who can use Kithring

Your card and what you add

What you put on your card, and the notes in your Rolodex, stay yours. You let us store, copy and show them only so Kithring can work, for example to show your card to people you share it with.

Your card is public to anyone with your link, QR code or a tap from your phone. Only add details you're happy to share, and only add photos, logos and links you have the right to use.

Other people's details

When you save a card, import phone contacts or scan a paper business card, you're keeping someone else's details. Use them only to stay in touch in the normal way, and follow the privacy and anti-spam laws that apply to you.

What you can't do

Usernames

Your username becomes your card address, such as kithring.co/alex. We may change or take back a username that breaks these terms, misleads people, or uses someone else's name or brand.

Plans and payments

Kithring is free to start. When paid plans such as Pro are available, the price and billing period are shown before you pay. If you subscribe through Google Play, Google handles the payment, renewals, cancellations and refunds, under Google Play's rules. You can cancel at any time, and you keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for.

Features still in testing

The Kithring app is in early testing, and Teams, Kith Club and Events are coming soon. Features may change, pause or end while we improve them. We'll try to give notice of big changes.

If you break these terms

We may hide content, or pause or close an account, that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why first.

Leaving Kithring

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account, or on the web. Your card stops working and your data is deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our service

We work hard to keep Kithring running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Kithring is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost business or lost contacts, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Kithring grows. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app or by email before they apply.
